📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage affiliate partnerships for Gendes, Kavela, and Syms.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate program performance using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate network dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate network software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in affiliate marketing or performance marketing is a plus.
