📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marine conservation strategies that balance biodiversity protection with sustainable economic development.
• Conduct marine biodiversity assessments and impact evaluations using advanced GIS software and data analysis platforms.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to design and implement conservation projects.
• Monitor and report on the progress of conservation initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in marine conservation, sustainable development, and blue economy initiatives.
• Participate in training and capacity-building activities to enhance the skills of local stakeholders in marine conservation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable blue economy initiatives in the Bangka Belitung archipelago.
• Represent Marine Sustainability Solutions at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote marine conservation and sustainable development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine conservation, sustainable development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marine ecosystems, biodiversity, and conservation principles.
• Proficient in the use of GIS software, marine conservation planning tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to various locations within Bangka Belitung and beyond.
