Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EHS trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Use tools such as SAP EHS and Microsoft Office to manage EHS data and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Certification as an Environmental Health and Safety Professional (EHSP) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong understanding of local and international EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using SAP EHS and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
