📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival,Manage and schedule appointments for salon services,Handle inquiries and provide information about salon services and products,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist with any additional tasks as needed,Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality,Manage and maintain guest records and information,Assist with any administrative tasks related to the reception area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic office software and tools,Professional and friendly demeanor,Ability to work well in a team environment
