HR Manager - Manufacturing (Bali, Indonesia)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and vision.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar tools.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-SCP or PHR, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in managing HR projects and initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
