📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
