📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.,Provide feedback to candidates on their performance in interviews and assessments.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with relevant departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
