Duta Putri Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked properly. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and purchasing.,Maintain an organized and attractive display of merchandise.,Restock shelves and ensure proper inventory levels.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide information about products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Assist with the setup and takedown of displays and promotions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends.,Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
