📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese is a plus.
