📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage research projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the university's strategic objectives.,Develop and implement research strategies to enhance the university's research output and impact.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive research environment by encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, researchers, industry partners, and government agencies.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of research staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.,Monitor and evaluate research performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the research field, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.,Represent the university at national and international research conferences and forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A master's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in research administration, project management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in research administration, project management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing research projects, teams, and budgets.,Strong knowledge of research methodologies, ethical considerations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is highly desirable.,Familiarity with research management software and tools is a plus.
