As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Manage the coffee shop's budget, including expenses and revenue, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.,Promote and uphold the company's values and mission, and ensure that all employees are aware of and committed to these values.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the coffee shop, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase the coffee shop's revenue.,Work closely with the company's owners and other managers to ensure that the coffee shop is running smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso-based drinks, as well as other food and beverage items.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of employees.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the coffee industry and the ability to keep up with the latest trends and developments.,Ability to work well with customers and to provide excellent customer service.
