📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead a team of data engineers and AI specialists in developing and implementing data-driven solutions for healthcare.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data engineering and AI systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering and AI, and drive innovation within the team.
- Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or AI, with a strong background in healthcare data.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a technical role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in data engineering or AI is a plus.
