📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, distributors, and partners.

- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports and market analyses to senior management.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of export contracts.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our products meet international standards.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential customers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
