🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic and international environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
