📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure seed quality and integrity.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Document and record test results and observations in a systematic manner.,Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new testing procedures and protocols.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to seed testing.,Conduct training and provide guidance to junior staff on laboratory procedures and protocols.,Participate in quality control activities to ensure the consistency and reliability of seed products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the seed industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to seed testing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
