Duta Joko Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a keen understanding of customer needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.,Knowledge of coffee and related products is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
