🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
