📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies,Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and case studies,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our technical writing processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English (both written and spoken),Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
