📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff.,Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.,Promote a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.,Assist in training and mentoring junior receptionists.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with front office procedures and guest relations.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
