Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in managing and mitigating fraud, waste, abuse, and health insurance claims. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the project team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.,Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.,Conduct regular project reviews and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.,Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, progress reports, and final project deliverables.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of project activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
