📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience with remote work and team management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
