📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and management of the department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and patient care.,Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior healthcare management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving departmental performance.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
