Puskesmas Dewi Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. If you are passionate about coffee and have a proven track record in sales, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present product knowledge and benefits to clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of coffee products and the market.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
