📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.,Assisting with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring cleanliness of serving areas.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.,Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.,Promoting and upselling our menu items to customers.,Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including table setting and decorating.,Following all health and safety regulations and procedures.,Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
