📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all import air freight operations, including cargo booking, documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including IATA, ICAO, and local Indonesian regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling.
  • Monitor and analyze freight rates, market trends, and cost structures to optimize pricing and profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of cargo.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish strong business relationships.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Singaporean citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight operations, preferably in the import sector.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight regulations, including IATA and ICAO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
