Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to, images, videos, and written posts.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality across all social media platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.,Report on social media performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage our social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our reach and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with our audience.,Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
