We’re looking for a dynamic Business Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract, working remotely from Bali while contributing to our Singapore-based operations.

You’ll handle everything from managing vendor relationships to optimizing our processes, all while leveraging your expertise in tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our marketplace operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage and track vendor performance and marketplace activities.
• Leverage Google Workspace to collaborate with remote teams and manage project timelines.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide operational support to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on marketplace or e-commerce operations.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Google Workspace, with the ability to use these tools effectively to manage operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
