📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and maintain detailed schedules and work plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
